Biography:
Zhenlei Chen, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor of Maritime Academy, Doctor of Engineering from University of Illinois, USA, and National Specially Appointed Expert. He was a senior engineer in the engine division of Ford Motor Company and technical director of Sany Group. He is also an expert in the evaluation of the Ten Thousand People Program, QR Program, and Key Special Projects of Zhejiang Province. Research areas include shaftless rim propeller, engine, precision machine tools and other high-end manufacturing digital twin, CAE simulation and test and inspection technology research, the main research direction for the ship and sea engineering, mechanical engineering structures and systems of strength and fatigue, flow field and performance, vibration and noise of the computer simulation and test and inspection. He presides over vertical projects such as Jiangsu Province Industrial Support Program, Zhejiang Province Public Welfare Fund, Zhejiang Province Engineering Research Center for Healthy and Smart Kitchen, Ningbo City 2025 Major Special Project, and so on. He has cooperated with Sany Heavy Machinery, Yuchai Power, LiuGong Group, Shandong Juming, Ningbo Fangtai and other famous enterprises in industry-academia-research cooperation. 27 SCI papers have been published in Journal of Building Engineering and other journals since 2017.

Zijian Qiao, PhD graduate of Xi'an Jiaotong University, postdoctoral fellow of Chongqing University, master's supervisor, associate researcher of Ningbo University, senior member of Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, senior member of Chinese Society of Vibration Engineering, member of expert pool of Fujian Education Evaluation and Research Center, member of Zhejiang Mechanical Engineering Society, part-time master's supervisor of Beijing University of Architecture, member of Ningbo Mechanical Engineering Society, member of Ningbo Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics, excellent appraisal during the term of appointment. He is a member of Ningbo Mechanical Engineering Society, Ningbo Aerospace Society, excellent in the assessment of the first tenure, selected as one of the first batch of key positions in the institute, and selected as one of the world's top 2% scientists in 2023 by Stanford University in cooperation with Elsevier. Assoc. Prof. Xiaomin Kang

Biography:
Xiaomin Kang achieved my bachelor and Ph.D degree in Material Sciecne and Engineering, Southwest Jiaotong University in 2011 and 2017, respectively. After graduation, He furhter served as a postdoctor and research fellow in Prof. Luo Jinglli’s group (Fellow of the Canadian Academay of Engineering) to fufil my job in the research of next generation energy conversion and storage devices, with an emphasis on exploring the oxygen evolution/reduction reaction and electrochemical carbon dioxide conversion at room temperatures. In 2022, He worked as an associated professor in School of Mechanical Engineering, University of South China. Till now, He is hosting a National Natural Science Foundation of China, Shenzhen Postdoctral innovatiove research progam, respectively. As a core-participant, he is a member in New Energy Power and Energy Storage Team: Hydrogen energy and fuel cell electrocatalytic materials and Innovative project of Shenzhen graphene manufacturing innovation center: Development of graphene based materials for anti-corrosion and antifouling of marine equipment and facilities, respectively. Besides, he once hosted a China Postocroral Science Foundation in 2019. Till now, he has published over 30 papers and 5 patents in Nature Communications, Chemical Communication, Polymer Chemistry, Journal of Material Chemistry A, Journal of Alloys and Compounds, Chinese Chemical Letters and etc.
